Technical decisions are made by the people closest to the code. We hire engineers who own their domain end to end.

Remote-friendly

Offices in Silicon Valley, Kansas City, and Denver. Remote works too. We optimize for async communication and deep focus time.

Ship, then iterate

We prefer working software over long planning cycles. Ship early, measure, and improve. Perfect is the enemy of deployed.
